The same frame, every month, for the life of the job.
We fly repeatable waypoint missions over active jobsites, so month 3 and month 14 line up frame for frame. Owners, lenders and the OAC team see one clean record instead of forty phone photos in a group text.

What we fly
Four ways a jobsite gets documented.
Most projects start with monthly progress work and add cinematography at milestones. Mapping comes in when someone needs to measure something, not just look at it.
Monthly progress documentation
A standing appointment on your jobsite. Same waypoints, same altitude, same headings, every visit — so the set stacks chronologically and anyone can scrub through fourteen months in ninety seconds. Built for owner reporting, draw packages and OAC meetings.
You receive40–60 edited stills · nadir + 8 obliques · dated captions · draw-ready PDF
Aerial cinematography
4K flyovers for groundbreaking, topping out, dry-in and TCO. Orbits, reveals and parallax push-ins cut into a piece your business development team will actually put in a proposal — not eleven minutes of raw hover footage.
You receive60–90 sec graded edit · :30 and :15 cutdowns · raw 4K clips
Preconstruction & site surveys
Existing conditions before you mobilize. Site context, adjacent structures, access and laydown, utility corridors — and the neighbor's roof you will be asked about eighteen months from now. Shot once, referenced for the life of the project.
You receiveExisting-conditions set · annotated site context · georeferenced originals
Mapping, orthomosaics & 3D
Photogrammetric flights that produce measurable data, not just pictures. Drop a current orthomosaic over your civil sheet, pull stockpile volumes before the earthwork invoice lands, or hand the design team a point cloud.
You receive1–2 cm/px orthomosaic · DSM · stockpile volumes · LAS point cloud on request
The difference
Progress photos are only useful if they stack.
Anyone can fly a site once. The value shows up on visit fourteen, when the shot from the northeast corner is framed exactly the way it was on visit one — and the whole sequence reads as a single continuous record.

Waypoints, not guesses
On the first flight we set vantage points with your superintendent and log the GPS coordinate, altitude and heading for each one. Every flight after that is the same mission file.
Matched processing
One lens profile and one color treatment across the life of the project, so a February set and an August set do not look like two different buildings.
Named your way
Files arrive named to your convention — project number, date, vantage point — so they drop straight into your photo folder or Procore album without anyone renaming 60 files by hand.
Engagement sequence
Four steps, then it runs itself.
The first month takes coordination. After that it is a calendar invite your team stops having to think about.
01Week 0
Set the flight plan
We walk the site or the plan set with you, agree on vantage points and cadence, check airspace, and file LAANC authorization if the site sits under controlled airspace.
02Monthly
Fly the site
A two-hour window coordinated with your superintendent. No trade stoppage, no crane conflict, ground crew stays clear. We badge in and follow your site-specific orientation.

Color-matched edit, dated captions, vantage-point labels, and a quick review against last month's set so nothing in the sequence drifts.

Deliver
Files land in the system you already use, plus a one-page monthly PDF that goes straight into the draw package without anyone rebuilding it.
Deliverables
Your files, in your system, named your way.
We are not asking your team to learn another portal. Everything arrives where your project already lives.

Why CIG
We have stood on the jobsite.
We know what a superintendent needs and how that differs from what an owner's rep needs — and we deliver both without a second flight.
We do not cost you a work stoppage. Flights are planned around the crane, the pour and the crew, not the other way around.
We speak the paperwork. COI, site orientation, badging, safety plan — handled before mobilization, not negotiated in your gate trailer.
One point of contact for the life of the project. The pilot who set your waypoints in month one is the pilot flying them in month twenty.
Common questions
Can you fly an active site with a crane in the air?
Yes. Flights are coordinated with your superintendent ahead of time, we maintain standoff from the crane radius and any suspended load, and we hold for picks. If the site is too active on the scheduled day, we reschedule within the same week at no charge.
What about controlled or restricted airspace?
Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and we file LAANC authorization for sites in controlled airspace. If a location needs a waiver or falls inside a restriction that would delay the work, we tell you before we quote — not after you have a schedule built around it.
Do you carry insurance and complete site orientation?
Yes. A certificate of insurance naming your entity as additional insured is issued before mobilization, and our pilots complete your site-specific orientation and badging like any other subcontractor on the project.
What happens when weather cancels a flight?
Progress flights are rescheduled inside the same week at no additional charge. For milestone cinematography — a topping out, a ribbon cutting — we build a backup window into the schedule when we book it.
How does pricing work?
Progress documentation is priced per flight on a monthly agreement for the duration of the project, which is materially less per visit than one-off mobilizations. Cinematography, mapping and preconstruction surveys are quoted per engagement. Send the project details below and you will have a number back within one business day.
